I saw this over at Rex Robot Reviews and I really loved the idea especially considering my wishlist is massive and never ending. During Want It Wednesdays I will post three books off of my wishlist. Feel free to post comments, your thoughts on any of these books or any recommendations that you might have! And as always, Happy Reading!
Nightkeepers (Final Prophecy #1)
by Jessica Andersen
As a Miami narcotics detective, Leah Daniels never knows how her day will turn out. But she certainly never expected to be strapped to a stone altar, the human sacrifice in an ancient Mayan ritual meant to coax up a demon from the underworld. Or that she’d be saved by a handsome warrior-priest king who claims to recognize her from his visions...
Jaguar Strike wishes he hadn’t made the mistake of reuniting his fellow warrior priests, or broken the law by saving their chosen human sacrifice. Now, he has no choice but to join forces with Leah and invoke dangerous magic in a death-defying race against the end of time. Bad Taste In Boys
by Carrie Harris
Someone’s been a very bad zombie
Super-smartie Kate Grable gets to play doctor, helping out her high school football team. Not only will the experience look good on her college apps, she gets to be thisclose to her quarterback crush, Aaron. Then something disturbing happens. Kate finds out that the coach has given the team steroids. Except . . . the vials she finds don’t exactly contain steroids. Whatever’s in them is turning hot gridiron hunks into mindless, flesh-eating . . . zombies.
Unless she finds an antidote, no one is safe. Not Aaron, not Kate’s brother, not her best friend . . . not even Kate . . .
It’s scary. It’s twisted. It’s sick. It’s high school.
The Demon in Me (Living in Eden #1)
by Michelle Rowen
Hell hath no fury...
Fate has led Eden Riley to become a "psychic consultant" to the police, even though her abilities are unreliable at best. Those paranormal powers are about to get her into a jam she couldn't have predicted: After her hunky police detective partner guns down a serial killer in front of her, Eden realizes that she's quite literally no longer alone. A voice in her head introduces himself as Darrak. He's a demon. But not in a bad way!
...Like a woman possessed.
Darrak lost his original body three hundred years ago, thanks to a witch's curse. This is the first time he's been able to speak directly to a host, plus there's a bonus: Eden's psychic energy helps him to take form during daylight hours. He wants to use this chance to find a way to break his curse - finally. Otherwise, Eden's going to have to learn to live with this sexy demon ... like it or not.
But she thinks she might like it.

Hey, Love your new blog. I have read your first book Night Keepers. The review for that book is not on my blog as I wrote it probably 2 years ago now (i just started my blog about a month ago now), but from what I remember the book is pretty slow for the first half of the book. If you can make it past the first half of the book, it does get better, more action, more romance, ect.
I love the new blog, and I'm following you now
Cheers!!!
Sorry, forgot to leave my blog address...
